Ee perks - code not working

I currently have 3 un-used codes generated and not expired/used but non of them are being accepted as a voucher code at check out.  I have one voucher code left to generate but when i click to generate it, it isn’t generating! 
I am already using a code for my current mobile phone contract, and am trying to order an additional line (sim only) to my account.  

Any suggestions please?

Are the plans you are ordering already discounted? You can't have more than 1 discount on a plan.

If you're connected through VPN, could you disconnect it please? That will help the codes get recognised.
