So the time has come for my upgrade. Although I am hesitant to upgrade with ee at all after being let down on my last contract. With regards to the ee perks code.
I got my code last time and no matter what contract or phone I tried select it never worked as intended. Tried to order over the phone was told it needs to be done in store fair enough.
I go to the store ee bluewater. Order my current phone and contract provide the sales person with my ee perk code everything goes through fine. It was explained to me the first bill will be at full price and then every month after that will be at the discounted price. Well let's just say that never happened and ive been paying full price since the start. Rang up and complained to be told there Is nothing that can be done now due to past the point of sale .
So now its upgrade time again I get my code. I try every type of Samsung phone and contract to try and use my perk code and guess what it still doesn't work! Every forum on here that has an answer is either. Have you accepted cookies, try another device nothing actually helpful. I dont anyone actually gets it resolved.
So has anyone got this sorted?

Yep tried all that tried all types of contracts again, tried 3 different internet explored, chrome, edge and explorer still nothing.
I appreciate EE are helping out key workers etc with this but why make it so difficult to claim.
