Hi, i had order a product that needs a delievery pin but for some reason the pin gets sent to my old number rather then my new one. I have had a new number for nearly 2 years everything has been updated regarding this. Unable to get my order as i don't get a pin

I'd hate for you to miss out on your delivery, so I'd recommend getting in touch with us so a guide can update your details.
I'd also recommend checking your email to see if a delivery code has been emailed to you too.

Details are already updated. The pin comes from he deleivery company as ee provided the wrong number to use. There is a number from ee provided in the email but that isn't any use as i have to have a pin number in order to receive my deleivery

I have tried everway to get help with my problem but there isn't any. This is the worst costumer service ever. Soon as my contract ends i'm gone

@JJ123452 We have no account access via these forums to help update the delivery directly from here unfortuantely. The link in Chris' post has the contact details to get in touch with our customer service team.
They would need to update the contact number for the DPD delivery specifically if it has not been done already, then that should result in the PIN being sent to the correct number on the next delivery attempt.
