Not having experienced this before but extremley upset i was awaiting delivery of my daughters new iphone 11 to which i paid ectra for sunday express delivery .i waited watching the tracker till hour slot over noticing it only two roads away from my address but 10 drops for the driver. Then message came up saying sorry driver missed me though ixwas at the front window so not true and delivery now Tuesday because of Bank holiday. I immediately called Dpd waiting twenty more minutes to vent my anger only to be told they tried the driver but no reply . i asked for some sort of refund for delivery and inconvienience to which i was told isnt policy. I put phone down and now found Driver had attached a photo nowhere near me . Wonder what to do as i have advise to now vent to Ee but not symure this is the case .
