I recently upgraded my son's mobile phone but didn't have the Blue Light Card discount code number at the time. The person at EE said once I have the code, I should ring EE within 30 days and the 20% discount will then be applied. I now have the discount code and have tried to ring EE numerous times but cannot get through??? How can I get my 20% discount applied to my account if I cannot get through to EE???
