I had an order cancelled by EE on September 16th and I'm still waiting for my £50 deposit back, will I actually get this back or have I paid for the privilege of a great customer service? Funny enough when paying the deposit the money went straight out.

@Trooper5001 , Are you on contract with EE at present? It could be that they are using that against your monthly bill.
I would suggest you ring customer service, as generally money would otherwise go back to your bank account within 5-10 working days. They will be able to take a look at this for you.
