I want to place an order on a new device but I need to change the number that dpd would contact and send the pin to when delivering as the number it has I do not have access too , I have changed it before but it has reverted back to a different number , can I do this via the EE app?
No, this isn't an option you can amend via self-service. If you've not ordered yet, you may need to do so via CS and request this number is manually changed.
