No one here has a realistic time frame sadly we’ve all been told the same thing. Some people who ordered on the 12th are still waiting while some people who have ordered 16th-18th have already received theirs.

Why is it that no one has an update at all i contact the CS and they say they don’t have an update but theyre meant to have answers and each person tells me a different thing the last person i spoke to said within 21 days but then further in conversation he said that i should recieved it this week which makes no sense when i can’t even track it in the app

pre ordered on the 12th at 3:20pm (512gb) and arrived today. 

I will stick around just incase I can help answer any questions and really hope everyone gets their deliveries soon 🤞🏽

I was being told 28+ days for delivery and then yesterday called ca again just to ask if they could send me any sort of confirmation of the order as I was unable to see it on my app, had no way of tracking it and never received an email confirmation that the order even existed.

the ca I spoke to yesterday said she could see it on their system and could tell me my delivery was in fact expected within 14 days of ordering (ordered the 12th)

I received a text from DPD last night to say phone would be delivered today but still no updates or communication from ee 🙈

I ordered the iphone 17 pro plus on 12th, got the confirmation on 14th and an email saying the order was on track on 22nd but I can’t find anywhere when I will receive m order! 🤬

I havent recieved a confirmation email or anything of the sort either, they just said that my order as at the top of the priority list but still havent recieved an update. I orderd mine on the 14th of septemeber around 2pm

i have called (Sunday)  to chase it up and been told one will be sent in time but the lines have been busy when I’ve tried to phone today. I will not be paying any charge they try to apply if it’s not sent back in time
