Delivery of new phone

My new phone was supposed to be delivered today. I have had a text to say that my address was changed but it hasn’t ?

@teresaktowle14   Then you need to call customer services about this.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
