Delivery new phone

Ordered new phone on 30th November, should’ve been dispatched by now, on the store online it says expected dispatch in a day so surely it means I should have received mine by now, any way of finding out when I should get it? When ringing up they told me the same info I found out but doesn’t seem to be right.

I have rang up and they told me the same as what I found out on the store, that I should have got it by now and should be dispatched within a day. This was 2 days ago.
