My order was due to be delivered with DPD but we missed the delivery. This was almost a week ago. EE tracking is just saying my order has been despatched, DPD tracking is just saying it's on its way back to EE.
Any ideas what is going to happen next?

Please contact EE customer care and ask them to send replacement SIM

@Sophileey Once your order has been processed as a return you’ll need to re-order EE will not just send out another product. Basically your order is cancelled by the return.
