I recently got an upgrade for the new 14 pro max. I had a message from EE to say Dpd were going to send a message , I got the tracking number and when I entered it onto their website it said it was out for delivery , yet I received no text for a time slot. Constant phone calls between EE and DPD to then find out the new phone was never scanned ! I now have to wait for them to investigate it all and no one seems to be able to give me a time of when I will hear back ? I’m wondering if it was stolen ? Meanwhile I’m worried I’m paying for a new contract for a new phone I don’t even have .

It sounds like it's being investigated. Are DPD saying it was delivered?

Hello @Christopher_G I also received a notification from dpd but no text message. It is not yrt out for delivery though.
