Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice please? My upgrade was due for delivery the other day so I waited in ready to collect. Dpd refused delivery and from what I can see, it’s because my house number wasn’t given to them. It is on my EE account. So what do I do now? Should I call EE or will it be automatically updated and sent out to me again?
Any help would be appreciated 🙂

I would definitely suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team to double check everything on our end.
