DPD not delivering because you have not put my full address on the order

DPD have not delivered my new phone because you have not put my full address on the order.  Twice they have turned yup to my house and taken a photo then driven off.  I have sent instructions to driver stating the name of house but DPD say they will not deliver it as they don't have full address and only EE can update it.

@jamesy9  Have you spoken with customer services about this as this public forum can not do anything about your address being wrong.  

  If your address is wrong how come DPD have turned up twice to your home ? Obviously they can find your home.

thanks - I was directed to this site.  I can see that it won't be of use.  Yes I have spoken to customer services.  And yes you can have an incomplete address.  Imagine knowing your road and post code but not your house number. Sorted it now - I hope
