Credit check

Will I get a order ref number if I passed credit checks as I’ve got bad credit but had a confirmation order

@Bianjay  you’ll get a confirmation of order as you’ve placed an order that’s automatically done because you placed an order that order will still be checked and processed if there is anything that EE need to contact you about they will do so or in worst case scenario your order will be cancelled.

Hi @Bianjay 

When you place an order online, you'll automatically receive an initial order confirmation email to let you know we've received your request. 

You'll then receive a follow-up email when we process the order confirming it has been accepted, or to let you know there is a problem and asking you to give us a call. 

Keep an eye on emails in the next day or so. You may need to check your junk/spam folder too. We often send you a text message too if we need you to call us. 

If you've not received any email after 3 working days, I'd recommend giving our customer service team a call who will be able to manually check your order for you.
