Hello, I've ordered a 36 monthly iPhone 15 pro with upfront 80£ in the afternoon of yesterday and received an email this midnight. I am curious if I have been successful to order. Is there anything that I have to do for this? The email response which you have provided indicates your credit check has failed so your order can't be processed at this time. 

The £80 up front cost will be returned to your bank.
