I ordered new phone  today iPhone 17 pro made an upfront cost of 250£ money has been taken and I’ve been sent a contract summary but no further information like a confirmation or order number and nothing showing on my EE account?

If you have checked your junk/spam folders.

If nothing then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
