I've recently tried to upgrade my phone. I'm coming to the end of my contract and I've damaged my phone which means I am unable to make phone calls.
I placed an order for my upgrade, I put in payment details but never received a confirmation email. I have then gone to use the online chat function that I have used in the past, but it doesn't seem to be on EEs web site anymore. As I am unable to make phone calls could anyone suggest another way to contact EE to confirm if the upgrade went ahead?

The contact us page has a live chat option. Just follow the Account and Billing > Mobile options. It will pop up there when someone is available.
