I'm so confused with what's going on with EE.
Since the 11th of September, two weekends ago, I haven't had a phone to use personally as my iPhone 11 Pro battery died all of a sudden. I decided to upgrade my iPhone and preordered iPhone 14 Pro Max. However, last weekend I was told that it would take two weeks as the stock ran out. Since I need a phone asap I had no choice but to change it from pro max to pro on Sunday and was promised (also received a text) that it will come today, Tuesday. Sadly it didn't, so I urgently messaged EE online this morning to get an update and they told me that they are waiting for someone to pick it up and deliver today or tomorrow. Now, just now in the evening, I messaged EE again to get my order number but now I am getting told that it's not iPhone 14 pro, but instead Pro MAX??????? and they assured me that it's not a mistake and I reordered pro max a few days ago and they can't give me a date or an estimation of my delivery.
What is going on??? At this point I need to decide something because I cannot let another week go by without a phone and I need it urgently for work and business!

@Mohyadin Unfortunately EE can not get a device to you just because you need it ASAP. The iPhone 14 range is in high demand and you’ll be waiting for EE to receive stock and depending where you are in the queue for said device will mean you might have to wait longer then you would like. Even apple have a backlog of orders and last time I checked their website it was a month waiting time. It’s the same every year with a new iPhone that just been released

I do understand the situation. But that still doesn't it make it right that they can give you a date and send you text for your upcoming delivery and then not fulfil it sir.
