I would like to communicate with an attendant, and confirm some details of a purchase and a plan in which I made with you. I can't do it by phone and call because I don't speak English. Is there any way I can chat?

@Allanoliveira99 , you do need to do this either via chat or by ringing customer service, otherwise this will not get sorted. I am a customer just like you. I know you private messaged me, but you do better to write here in the forum.
