Good morning, I wanted to ask about an order I placed on the EE app for a phone. I placed the order last Friday and they told me it would arrive in 3 to 5 days, but I haven't received anything and they haven't told me anything. I would like to know the reason for the delay, please.

We don't have access to your account to see the actual order here, but I can take some details to check the stock information.
Did you purchase a phone outright or was it part of a contract?
Which model of phone, including colour and storage size did you order?

When you have your order number you can check EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders
You should download the DPD app as well becase you'll need a pin for the driver.
