Has anyone any experience with ordering an extra sim.
it never arrived.
i phoned them and they’d mistakenly sent it to a previous address.
luckily I noticed before the 14 day cooling off period just.
I cancelled it and they refunded me the first month they charged me for it.
then today I get billed
£254 pound taken out of my account for a one off charge/
move only just noticed so will have to wait till tomorrow 🧐🤨
