Yesterday I ordered a apple phone and I given wrong number but mail id is correct .so how they contact me with the phone deliver to me

Very likely this delivery will fail - a PIN is often required for delivery of devices from DPD and if you can't receive that, you won't be able to take receipt.

You may need to wait for the delivery to fail and be returned to EE, and then order your phone again.
