The EE attendant tricked me with the promise to send an IPhone 14 Pro Max device. I've been waiting since the 7th of September. They charged the amount to my account and no device so far

@FabricioCarrijo   Unfortunately demand is high and EE can not get all the devices that got pre-ordered in one go as apple can not produce enough for all orders.   You’ll get the device and obviously you have to pay for that pre-order because if you don’t someone else will happily pay to secure a device when when can be allocated to them.

I ordered an Iphone 13 Pro Max 256GB from EE. The attendant who made an exchange knowing that demand is high. I felt cheated because I didn't receive any of the devices

@FabricioCarrijo  What was it a 13 pro max or 14 pro max you say both. 

if it’s the 14 what do you expect it’s a high demand device that’s just come out and your not the only one who what’s it ASAP.    EE can not supply what Apple don’t supply to them,  your in a queue for the model type you ordered and you’ll get it when one can be allocated to you.
