What terrible design.

"If you’re not currently an EE customer, you can still purchase the glasses online as a one-off payment with home or store delivery." - Directly from the EE post about the nReal Airs.

I do not want to go in store, I want to order online. What a terrible system. Non stop login loop. Terrible. System.

You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

You can however order these from any EE Store & if they don't stock them they will order them in from another store that does via their Sales Plus system.

@Armin22  It clearly says you need to login to pay for these even if you want to purchase outright.  To login you need an account and to have an account you need to be a pay monthly contract customer.    It’s called the add to plan store for a reason and that store is for EE customers only and it’s a perk of being an EE customer.

Thank you both for your replies.

Let me point out that by correcting me, for directly quoting EE, is by proxy correcting EE. In doing so, you are proving my point.

Here's a picture in case either of you missed it.

Let me quote it for you again...

"If you’re not currently an EE customer, you can still purchase the glasses online as a one-off payment with home or store delivery."

Once again, terrible design.

I did miss it as I dunno where it is & you never told us.

Just you try to buy them online when you have no EE contract & you'll see.

@Armin22   Perhaps you should read

6694FCF9-FEC2-457A-9695-A9C01E5A5ECE.png

And you can find that HERE   And that’s the EE shop page where you order these online for being a EE customer.

you are obviously looking at an old webpage as that price on your image says £399.  These glasses are sold at  £340 as per my image below and link to the EE online store above.

Since that was posted the option for none EE customers to purchase these has not been corrected on that page and obviously the page hasn’t been updated as you can see even the price is wrong.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Which feeds back into terrible design and conflicting information from EE. Thanks for admitting it.

Terrible.

Design.
