I am a long time O2 customer switching to EE in search of better coverage, today I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro 128GB (black titanium) with an unlimited everything plan.
Later on in the day I received a text message telling me my order had been cancelled, was there a reason for this or has there been an error?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that your order was cancelled.
I'd recommend getting in touch with a guide who can take a look to see what's happened for you.
To speak with a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other device.
