Cancel upgrade?

Does anyone know how I can cancel my upgrade?

Two days ago, after much research etc, I decided to finally upgrade my phone and was told yesterday it would be delivered today The driver can't leave my phone on the doorstep, and so I would have to be in to receive it and may have to provide ID. So, I waited in all day, then was told it would be delivered by 16:47, but at 16:22 I got a txt message and an email saying that the driver couldn't be bothered to deliver, and so he might try again tomorrow. I'm not staying in another day just to be let down again, and so the best thing to do is cancel my upgrade and shop elsewhere.

So, other than ringing 150 just to be led around in circles whilst they try to sell me upgrades, is there an online chat I can use?

Thanks Chris, much appreciated. I will take you up on your offer as I have exhausted every other avenue. DPD have given up, 150 is very busy and the waiting time is too long and I tried the online chat this morning, but gave up after waiting over an hour (see attached screenshot).

Credit given where credit due, thank you EE for finally get to the bottom of this issue.

Received a call from Andy at EE as arranged by @Christopher_G  and he did a great job of investigating the issue of why DPD failed to deliver my upgrade phone on two occasions. Turns out that somewhere along the line our house name was omitted from the delivery address between EE and DPD, therefore they couldn't locate our house. The phone has been safely returned, and received back at the EE warehouse.

I will now wait for the contract etc to be reversed before moving onto the next stage.
