I have ordered iPhone 14 pro max on 15.10.22. Still waiting for the delivery.  Any update please?

Hi there. I am the same as you. I ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb Deep Purple on the 15/10 but had to re phone to process order on the 17/10. I was told when I phone last week it would be delivered within 21 days 

I order iphone 14 pro max deep purple 128GB 7/Oct/22  and still deleviery awaiting confermation and how many more days wait ?

The current expected guidance is to expect dispatch in more than 28 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.

Hi there. The current guidance you stated is expect dispatch in more than 28 days. Once an order has been placed the expected delivery time scale cannot change without confirming with customer. If timescale is within 21-28 days as per stated when ordered the item should be with the customer within that time frame. You cannot change timescale after order has been placed. 

When I placed my order for the iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb Deep Purple it was dispatch in 21 days. I am in my third week and yet to still receive an update. 

the problem people are having is that EE are not keeping customers updated and other networks are receiving their shipments a lot faster than EE. SKYMobile is shipped within 7 days and they have stock. EE should be dispatching to the timescale when ordered. W

More then 28 days mean how many total days expected ?

@osbalda   So you think it’s EEs fault that they have a larger back order because of having more customers who ordered through EE.  

It’s also usually delivered within not that it will be delivered within.

What EE received from Apple is out of their hands as Apple will ship whatever they can at that time.       You’re trying to blame the distributor not the manufacturer who ship the device to that distributor.
