Hiya,
Ordered the new Apple series 8 watch on 13th September. Since then I have heard nothing regarding delivery apart from the confirmation email at initial order stage.
Called two days ago and was told it would be next Friday and that I should have received update emails from EE (I haven't).
Really frustrated with lack of communication! Could someone from EE help please??

It was an Apple series 8, 32mb starlite colour. 41mm size
I ordered this on 13th Sep and paid £30 towards the plan. Please can you update? This seems silly now.

Sorry we have no access to orders on the community.
Have you downloaded the DPD app, if you use the email address and postcode you entered at checkout, this will show you any deliveries scheduled for your address?

There is nothing on DPD - and EE doesn't have any info on my order number! I have had no confirmation email from EE saying that the order is on the way and the additional line isn't showing on my account?
