Apple Watch order

I ordered an Apple Watch last Thursday and I received a confirmation email with an order number but when I try and track it, it says details aren’t available. Does it usually take this long to process an order. I’m an existing customer adding a watch to my account. Thanks.

@Simmo2955  Once a watch is allocated to you you’ll get tracking information.   Download the DPD app and create an account with the same email address you use for EE.  You’ll then also get any updates on the app.  

It might be worth calling customer services about your order through as it shouldn’t take this long .
