Airpods pro add to plan

I ordered Airpods Pro on add to plan for home delivery last week on 29th september and haven’t heard anything since. I’ve tried to call on 150 a couple of times but the wait times have exceeded 40 minutes and I’m calling in work lunch breaks so can’t keep holding. All I want to do now is cancel the order but that cant be done online either. EE has now expanded way beyond it’s capacity and is cashing in while delivering poor service..

@jamesallanson  how has EE expanded beyond their capacity ?    And if you believe that why did you purchase the AirPods from EE or do now think that because you’re still siting for them.

Expanded beyond capacity as they don’t staff their customer support adequately. It shouldn’t take an hour to get through every time I’ve tried. I can speak with my GP practice faster.

Yes of course this is because I have received no further information about an order a week later with no delivery estimate.
