I ordered a Nintendo Switch from a promotional text I was sent. Ordered on Friday 26/05 and received a confirmation email , order number xxxxxxxxxxx.
From original message stated would be 2-3 days, which I appreciate that there has been a Bank Holiday within this timeframe.
However there has been no further communications with regards to this order. The concern I have is that the number that is included within the email isn’t my main contact number and is for my watch.
In addition I can see that the upfront payment of £10 is still showing as pending in my bank account.
Would you kindly provide me with an update or advise if there is an issue with this order.

Hi there @Wilko2k
Welcome to the community.
Please download the DPD app and register your details, using the email address and delivery postcode.
Does DPD show any active parcels from EE?
Thanks.
Leanne 🙂

Thanks for your response Leanne.
However in this instance I’d already attempted the DPD route prior to your response.
Obtained the number for the Digital Sales team who investigated further. They advised the item I have ordered is out of stock, so therefore that is why I haven’t heard anything. Couldn’t give me an eta other than stock comes in on a Thursday and order will sit in the out of stock pile until it can be fulfilled.
On the back of this I have raised a complaint as the EE website clearly states that this item is, ‘In stock’ 😒
