About a broken TV screen

I received my 55 inch Samsung TV which fore it was ok. But when I went to get out of the box it was a broken screen. What can I do about this?

I can see you've posted about this in a few other places over the last couple of days and a few guys have jumped in to help point you in the right direction. 

Please try to keep your discussions to a single thread, even if you put it in the wrong board a member of our team will usually pick up on this and make sure it's moved to the best place 😊
