Hello does anyone have an idea when the Mac NEOs will be dispatched I placed an order on 18th march and not heard anything about dispatch as of yet

I ordered on the 12th March and not heard anything either but I know there’s a major delay in the UK for all the Neos

I placed on 11th march and still not heard anything on tracking it just says dispatched in more then 28 days. Very frustrating as bought for my daughter's 18th now worried it won't arrive on time. More annoyed that no correspondence from EE regarding the order

Thanks for coming to the community and I’m sorry to hear about the delay with your order, especially as it’s for a special occasion.

The “dispatched in more than 28 days” message can sometimes mean the order is still waiting to be processed or for stock to become available.

If you give our customer support team a call, they will be able to check the order status and give you an update.

I have called twice since the 28 days have past, I know it says more than 28 days but wanted an update. EE can’t give an estimated time or date, they said I’m one of the next to get the MacBook as I ordered so early but I’m on day 34 now and EE can’t tell me anything.

Contacting the support team is pointless, they have no more information. All they know is as soon as a batch of MacBooks come in they get shipped straight back out. Apparently in order of when u placed your order. 

I placed my order on day of release and still not had any updates it's starting to get very frustrating if not arrived by may I'll be cancelling as was bought for my daughter's 18th 😡 just a polite email from EE would be helpful 

I placed my order for the MacBook Neo on 23rd March. When I ordered, the website said “usually dispatched in more than 28 days”, so I didn’t think too much of it at the time and assumed the estimate might change.

 

I’ve been checking the website regularly since then, and up until today it was still showing more than 28 days. I’ve just noticed that it has now changed to “usually dispatched within 7 days.”

 

I haven’t received any update from EE yet regarding my order being dispatched, so I’m just wondering if this means they’ll start releasing our orders soon. I know it hasn’t quite been 28 days since I placed my order, but seeing the dispatch estimate change has made me curious whether anyone else who ordered around the same time has heard anything yet.

I completely agree, absolutely no communication is disgusting. I also ordered for my daughters birthday and I had to give her a piece of paper with my order on it and she’s been waiting patiently but I’m very quickly losing my patience especially since my order still says more than 28 days on day 36 now but online for new orders it says 7 days. I would hope ours will be dispatched within the next 7 days, if not that’s even more disgusting that they have updated their website but not our orders.
