upgrade and nhs discount

i want to upgrade my iphone and want to live chat but this is not an option? i work for nhs and want to use 20% off but i need to speak to someone to do this and i prefer live chat so i get the conversations had in writing. any ideas?

@hb11 : If you are on contract just click "Contact EE" at the top of any Community page and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours.
