Hi, I did an add on for bt sports to watch Premier league and this has been for months now. I spoke with your colleague few months back and she promised they will send my ID number to enable me log on to watch the games. Until now I have been paying for the services I am not offered. Since is not possible for me to get the service I have been paying for I am going to look for alternative

Have you followed the steps to activate the BT Sport add on? It doesn't just happen you have to text SPORT to 150 and then follow the steps.
