hi i see this question has been asked a few times but have not seen an answer, hope somebody can help. I am sue an upgrade and want to get the nhs discount. I applied for the link probably 6 months ago and didn’t click it. when i apply for it now it tells me my account is deactivated or says nhs email is invalid, customer support hasnt addressed the problem either the link they send gets rejected or customer service tells me i need to speak to nhs any help would be appreciated thanks john
