I have locked myself out of ee perks, can it be unlocked please?

What does it say when you try to log in? Does it say your account is deactivated?

no it says locked out for 24 hours from last night.

It will automatically unlock and allow you to try and log in again after 24 hours. Let us know if you have problems logging in or changing your password once it's been unlocked.

I need to renew my contract today and I cannot get access to a ee perks code. is there anything I can do.

The perk code should be added at the point of purchase, to make sure that it's compatible with the plan that you choose, @Donna8419. If you're able to wait until it's unlocked and you can log in, I would recommend doing so.
It can be added through our customer service team within the first 30 days of the contract being taken out though.
