apple tv+

I have a new sim from ee and use an android phone.

6 months of free apple tv is supposed be available.

I cant get the 6 months to work on my smart tv with the apple app on the tv. 

Is the EE offer supposed to work on smart tvs?

Apple TV+ can only be watched through the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Mac and Apple TV.
