Good afternoon,
Recently took out a SIM only contract with EE as Defence Discount Service advertised 20% off so I requested a code from them as I am an Army Veteran so qualify. I uploaded the screenshot to your Perks webpage and waited for verification however you have just emailed to say you were not able to read the document?! When it is very clear and easily readable. I do not know what to do next. I thought this process would be easier than what it has been as I am an older chap and all this is very confusing. I have no idea why you are unable to read what I sent you.

Have you tried replying to the email to ask the Perk Team what the issue was?

I have spoken to the Defence Discount service and have been told to simply quote the offer code which I have already given to them. I do not have a current ID card as I am a veteran. Any idea how this can be resolved?

Hi @TCswift28,
You can supply one of the following to verify your eligibility for the EE Perk discount.
• Certificate of service
• Certificate of discharge (discharge papers)
• Armed forces pension
