Ordered an Xbox add on to my contract , no problems , got shipped off and was due to arrive on Saturday , didn’t come . Spoke to DPD ( worst parcel company ever) and it was due to come Sunday or yesterday . Didn’t come . Check app and it’s being redirected back to EE !! What’s going on this isn’t good enough !! No attempts to deliver to me . Any help please EE ?!

To get this looked into, please call us on 150 and our mobile care team can let you know why this has happened.

Did this and received no additional information . Won’t be receiving my Xbox anytime soon by the looks of it yet the bundle and additional cost is already been attached to my bill . Not great service

Hi Jon ! Nope they didn’t know , told me to reorder the Xbox . I’m apprehensive as the first one is already on my account now ! DPD didn’t even attempt to deliver according to their tracking system !

Are you able to get back in touch with DPD to ask if it's being redelivered, @Mark92?

 

If it's being returned to EE it would be removed from your account once it was received back.

No they are an awful company and I don’t want to deal with them again, offered no explanation last time I spoke to them 

Been asked to say if I found a solution to this situation and I did not

The product will be removed from your account once the device is scanned back into our warehouse.

You can then re-order it, if you want to
