I have received my xbox console but haven't received anything for my game pass ultimate and gamers data pass and video data pass

Have you received a link in text message? If not contact ee who can send the link. I received mine shortly after the Xbox was shipped.

If you have problems with the link try using a different browser. I couldn’t verify my account on safari but chrome worked, once I entered my son’s Xbox account email the pass was instantly  available
