Xbox game pass

I got the free six months Xbox game pass with my package last month but now can't find the option online or on the app to add it. I've used the link in the email but it hasn't been fourteen days so didn't want to end up getting charged. But now I can't find any option to do this. 

 

Please can you resend me the email or tell me exactly how to add it as this was one of the reasons I went for the package I did and my so. Is disappointed.

Have you checked on the EE website portal under broadband and subscriptions. 

You also need to wait for 14 days and if no code is received then call EE CS on 150.

I've done this and it's been a month now. It was there before but now it's no longer where you said. Only giving me the option to pay for it. I will have to speak to customer service I think cos need to sort this for my son. I have the full package and was definitely told I got six months included. As I said it was there at the start but wanted to make sure the fourteen days had passed and then went I went back to it after more than 14 days had passed the option had gone.
