I’ve added the game pass to my contract I’ve had the txt message to activate it when I do it over WiFi I fill in everything correctly and it says technical issue and when I try it with my mobile data it says nothing to activate!! Any help would be appreciated thank you!

Does the Game Pass add-on show as active in your My EE?
Can you try using a different web browser, does this work for you?
