Hello
ive have tried on numerous times to activate my game pass ultimate. I have followed link that’s sent through mobile and tried it over wifi
in the my Ee app it shows as an active add on but has an exclamation mark stating it’s not activated yet. When I go to activate it, it directs me to the one time pin to verify and then comes up - technical issue and try again later. This has been going on ever since it was able to be added as a free add on. I’ve tried removing and re adding as well to no avail. Guessing theirs an issue with SOC. Please can you advise of next steps to resolve.
