Xbox Live add on

Hi,

Brand new EE customer and i selected Xbox Live as my add on, but have received no information on how to get it.

Can someone assist?

When did you join as you won't receive any code if you're within the first 14 days of your contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Ah ok, I joined about a week ago. Didn't realise there was a 14 day window.
