XBox pass

I have bought the X box X bundled for which  includes a 24 game pass but I can not activate it! I put my phone number in and get sent a OTP but once I’ve input it I just get a message saying technical difficult try again later but it’s been nearly a week now and it’s the same every time

No still says the same error after clearing everything
