Wrong email for ee perks

I signed up for ee perks yesterday along with my partner. Unfortunately we have both managed to input our work email addresses incorrectly and cannot re-register because we have already used our mobile numbers. How can we fix this?

I have done the same I have signed up with the email being incorrect could you please reset this for me please
