 Good morning

I am writing to you because there is a problem, before logging in to the playstation 5 store page, it shows as available, and after logging in, I only get 3 things from the playstation that I can take and pay monthly. I spoke to 150 and was told that my account is ok to take a playstation and pay monthly with the bill but as of today it is out of stock. Can someone explain to me why it says there is and there isn't? What is it about? I've added photos showing that it's in stock and a photo after logging in.

@SpiritStorm , this is a public forum, not customer service, you can always order via customer service and they can then take a look to see if it is available or not or when stocks are likely to be available.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

When I called to 150 they said that is not in stock and they dont know when it will ba avaible.
