I have been trying to reset password on my EE perks due to my blue light card and obtaining 20% off my monthly payment. But every time I am logging on it doesn’t recognise my email address and won’t let me re-register can anybody help? Many thanks Anita Xx

Are you entering the same email address you originally used to register for EE Perk?
